Web import

  • Web import
    • All (Shift+Ctrl+A) - import learning material from Internet Explorer. You can import the content or links to web pages currently opened in Internet Explorer. If you have more than one tab opened, you can import from many web pages at once. This option also makes it possible to close the tabs you no longer needed (e.g. during or after page import), import pictures, import live pages, etc. Web import as Local pages takes only the selected portion of the text in the browser (or all text, it none is selected); this does not apply to Wikipedia or YouTube imports (below); imported selections are marked as Portion of: in the reference title. Typical web import with only a portion of text selected in the browser. All references are added automatically.

Grays Harbor filed for a preliminary permit to test technology for a 100-megawatt wave park to be floated 20 to 25 miles off the San Francisco coast. Grays' San Francisco Ocean Energy Project "may also generate power from wind turbines" placed on the wave-energy converters, according to the company's application.

So far the project has generated heated opposition from a coalition of environmental groups, surfers and commercial fishing organizations that have intervened in the case. They argue that the wave farm's location in federally protected marine sanctuaries near the Farallon Islands could harm endangered whales, turtles and seabirds as well as interfere with surfers, sailors and pose a navigation hazard for oil tankers and other ships

SuperMemo: Importing articles about the microbiology of gastroenteritis from Wikipedia for incremental learning

In the picture, 7 have been found as already imported in the collection and marked as DUPLICATE!!!. One article about the trigeminal nerve has been opened twice in Internet Explorer; it has been denoted as DOUBLED!!! for easy filtering. The articles will be imported into the Cranial nerve concept group and their priority will fall between 0.0068% and 0.0138%, and their corresponding Internet Explorer tabs closed upon the successful import.
