node (in the Contents window) - one element in the knowledge tree presented in the Contents window (a single item, topic, concept or task in the collection). You can add new nodes with Add and Insert (Ins) at the bottom of the Contents window, or with options on the Edit submenu of the main menu. If a node does not have children, it is called a leaf. If the node has children, it is called a branch. The contents menu provides some operations on entire branches such as: Learn, Review all, Statistics, etc. See also: Building the knowledge tree
